The Special Services department coordinates and arranges reservations for events inside and outside the university (hotels) and supervises the planning tasks, including writing appreciation certificates and invitation cards. The department welcomes visiting and contracted professors from the airport. It assists visiting professors during the contracted academic year with the following:

1. Fingerprints. 

2. Medical examinations.

3. Issuing civil IDs for new faculty members and their families. 

4. Driving license.
