The Technical Supplies Department arranges and organizes the process of booking theaters and halls affiliated with the General Services Administration for colleges and work centers, as well as third party booking requests. It supervises events held in theaters and halls affiliated with the General Services Administration in terms of operation, follow up, maintenance and in case of unexpected malfunctions.
